Risk of loss and the title for such items pass to the customer, when the goods are delivered to the carrier. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address, etc) any extra cost incurred by the company for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order. No request for cancellation of orders once duly placed on the site, shall be entertained.
If recipient is not available at the given address on delivery, the goods would be left with the neighbor along with an attached note. If neighbors refuse to accept the goods, a message will be left on the door asking the recipient to call our office. At this point the order is fully chargeable. For the items delivered by the courier / speed post / registered post, their respective policies apply. Company reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
The company shall try its best for prompt delivery; However delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the customer for any damages or compensation and the company reserves the right to deny its services to any customer, without any explanation.

We currently deliver medicine in almost all the states of India through Blaze Flash/DTDC/DHL courier surface services . International orders we send by DHL Express (6-8 working days) or Regular international post which takes 2-4 weeks depending on the location and custom clearance process. Infect one can choose Express Mail Services of DHL or FedEx international priority® for fast delivery worldwide.
In case a location is not covered by Courier service, we send the goods through Indian Post. Large orders we send by road transport.

We normally dispatch order on same day of payment receipt and you will receive automated email/SMS on next day of dispatch of parcel with courier particulars and tracking details.
Your order will reach you through courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery address unless delay by the customs. To some cities/towns which are not easily accessible or are in remote locations, it can take up to 1-7 Days from the time of pickup to deliver a consignment. There is no pickup or delivery of your order by courier services on Sunday and Holidays. Orders outside India will take 1-3 weeks depending up on the shipping location and postal services of the particular region.

Refund Policy: We take utmost care to satisfy each of our customers’ needs, but in case the customer is dissatisfied or requests a refund for any reason, such request will be considered from a case to case basis. In any case, the shipping expenses already incurred by us can not be refunded.
Once the amount has been received, the company will refund the amount only in the following cases.
- In case of damaged or defective items the contents of your shipment and the original packing must be returned along with damaged or defective goods. The company will either re-send the goods or issue you a full refund as per the discretion of the company only after necessary verification & inspection.
- In case the products ordered by the customer are out of stock, the company shall refund the amount of those items to the customer.
